William Cook, Owner/head chef
His passion for food started at a young age of 16. He worked from dishwasher, to cashier, delivery driver to management and at the age of 26 in 2016 bought the Pizza business and made it his own. Traveling to New York for the Culinary Institute of America William got his degree in the culinary arts and came back to Paso Robles, his home town and birth place, to grow PPK on the Park. Adding in what he learned from his schooling he has created a well balance, tasteful and growing menu for his team to take pride in.
Gus Ayala, Founder and consultant
Gus Ayala founded and owned Paso’s Pizza Kitchen in 1991 and grew the business until selling it in 2016, he is the mastermind behind the house made recipes and selected ingredients we now work off of today. His guidance and entrepenural experience has helped build PPK on the Park where it is today.
Paige Stephenson, General Manager
Paige has been in the restaurant and hospitality industry for most of her working life. Starting at PPK at the age of 17 she grew into more positions and soon became involved in fine dining hospitality. Training as a server, bartender to management she helped start a few restaurants here on the West coast as well as the East coast when she moved to New York for two years. Coming back has helped transition PPK on the Park to have service extend past the counter and give our guests a more interactive experience.
